We have a waiting list for dogs so you will be unable to schedule online. To get on our waiting list, please email us and include sex, age, weight and general breed type of your dog.
We do not alter adult male dogs over 40 pounds, female dogs over 75 pounds, older dogs or certain breeds that have greater than normal breathing and anesthesia concerns (including, but not limited to, pugs, bulldogs, shar peis).
**Additional fees for obese, cryptorchid and dogs who are difficult to handle.
Disclaimer: We rely on our fees and private donations to keep our clinic open. We do not receive any funding from the state or federal government. When people don't come to their appointments, it greatly affects our ability to serve our clients. Therefore, we require 48-hour advanced notice if you need to cancel an appointment.

Middlesex Clinic or MASH Clinic?
The Middlesex Clinic is our main surgical center. We perform surgeries in Middlesex on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
If you can't make it to Middlesex, our Mobile MASH Clinics travel to different parts of Vermont, generally on Mondays. Locations vary month to month. To see if we will be in your area click here.
