If you have a questions, please email us).
Please note: Confirmations are not instantaneous! Requests are reviewed by a staff member and it may take a couple of days to receive a confirmation. Please add to your safe contact list or be sure to check your spam folder for a reply!
If you need to reschedule, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org Please do not submit a separate request.
Before scheduling an appointment, please visit our fees page.
Dog Owners ~ we do not neuter male dogs over 40 pounds. There is a mature dog fee of $50 for females who have had heat cycles. We generally do not alter dogs over 5 years-old at our clinic. If you have an older dog, please email us and explain your situation. Please do not request an appointment for a dog over 5 through this form.
We currently only schedule dogs at our stationary clinic in Middlesex. We do not take VSNIP at our clinic, but if you think you are eligible, you can get an application and list of participating vets here: http://dcf.vermont.gov/benefits/vsnip
